 New Customers must pay a $25.00 non-refundable setup charge and sign an application for water service form. Printable application link below.  

 
 Water:  $5.84 per thousand gallons        

 Sewer:  $7.56 per thousand gallons

Minimum Billing: $40.20 per bi-monthly billing

Storm Water Charge $3.00

Readiness to Serve Charge based upon meter size beginning with 5/8" at $6.00 per bill.

TAP FEES

Water Tap Fee  ¾” Meter  - $1,400.00

Sewer Connection Fee  - $1,400.00

Sewer Inspection Fee  - $400.00
