Notice of Intent to Sell

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Lexington intends to sell unneeded, obsolete or unfit municipal personal property by internet auction during 2019.  All sales shall be for cash, shipping or delivery shall be the responsibility of the purchaser, and sales shall be made through www.govdeals.com, EBTH.com, and/or  such other websites as are determined to be most effective and efficient in obtaining the best price.  The representative of the Village for the purpose of internet sales is:
