Hershner Pavilion Rental at Community Park

Rent the Pavilion at Community Park for your next event.

The Pavilion has tables and chairs to accommodate 37 adults and 16 children with remaining space for your own additional tables and chairs.  The Pavilion is also equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, outlets, and running water.  Restroom facilities are located in the park next to the Pavilion.  The Pavilion is available for rental April 15th through October 15th of each year. There is a $100.00 refundable deposit is required to secure a rental date for the Pavilion. The all day rental fee is $100.00 for Village of Lexington residents and $150 for non-Village residents. The deposit is refunded to the renting party on the next business day after your event once the facility has been inspected without damage and has been properly cleaned.
