Income Tax Appeal Board

Income Tax Board of Review – A three-member Board consisting of the chairman of the Finance Committee of Village Council and two electors of the Village appointed by the Mayor. Meetings of the Tax Review Board shall not be open to the public during any hearing on an appeal by a taxpayer unless the appellant requests that the meeting be open.
