New Income Tax Changes

As of January 2019, the Income Tax Department will no longer assist in preparation of tax returns. You may call 419-884-7267 with questions concerning your account. Step by step directions are available on each return.

Please also note that a copy of page 1 of your Federal Tax Return is REQUIRED with each return, along with all W2s, Federal Schedules, and documents supporting income. Your return is considered INCOMPLETE without this information and subject to further penalties. Please refer to Chapters 171 and 173 of the Codified Ordinance for the Village of Lexington for a complete listing of requirements
