Hall rental

Lexington Senior Civic Center has a beautiful hall available for rentals. Seat 100 comfortably at eight-foot tables. A great place for wedding showers, baby showers, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations or other events. Enjoy the space outside on our patio also, which is right next to the bike path. The hall requires deposit fee of $200.00.  This holds your date and possible small accidents. Deposits are from rental fees and returned after your event once inspected.  If damaged repairs exceed the deposit the party agrees to make the Senior Center whole again.

Rental fees for the center are:  $50.00 an hour for residents of the Village and $325.00 for all day.  It is $75.00 an hour for nonresidents and all-day rental is $525.00. 

To rent you will have to pay the deposit & rental fee simultaneously to secure the date.
